CPHS Teachers Monica Graves and Lisa Wright have been named Fund for Teachers (FFT) fellows! They are two of 356 teachers across the country who were chosen to receive an FFT grant. This project will send them to Greece, where the two will study mathematics used to build ancient Grecian monuments and bring back projects/activities for their geometry classes.

Congratulations to Charles Page High School freshman Haleigh Holt for her recent performance at the Oklahoma Scholastic Shooting Sports Program (OKSSSP) North Regional competition! Haleigh has qualified to compete in the state OKSSSP Championship on April 17.
Created by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, OKSSP’s purpose is “focused on providing a fun, safe environment for participating in shooting sports and reconnecting kids with the joy of being outdoors. The OKSSSP will raise awareness of conservation-related sports, promote safety and responsibility, and raise self-esteem.”
Sand Springs Public Schools is proud to utilize STOPit, a free app that enables users to anonymously report concerns to school officials. Students can use the app to report bullying, threats, or any other safety issues.
This app is a proactive tool that empowers students to stand up for themselves and others. Your anonymous reports give our schools the insight they need to keep students safe.
During the Sand Springs Fine Arts Festival, you will have several opportunities to take in music, theater, and much more.
