Parents/Guardians,
We are contacting you to inform you of the upcoming Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) that will be presented to the 9th Grade Students at Charles Page Freshman Academy. The Tulsa City-County Health Department will be providing the “Making Proud Choices” curriculum from November 7th - November 21st. The curriculum will be taught by trained Specialists from the Tulsa-City County Health Department. Your child will be receiving an opt-out form if you choose to not allow your child to participate. This form must be returned to the student’s Social Studies teacher on or before Wednesday, November 2, 2022. Also, there will be a link to a parent information video posted on the Charles Page Freshman Academy Website and Facebook Page.
