After a week-long discussion on matter and the states of matter, Mrs. Collins's and Mrs. Lawson's classes put what they learned into action experimenting to see if they could change the state of matter of cream. The cream was poured in glass jars and they had fun shaking the cream. The excitement in their voices, when they saw their cream changing, was so fun. After all the hard work, they had to try the freshly made butter on bread!
