The Southwest Mobile Dairy came to Garfield today to teach kids about the dairy industry. The Mobile dairy classroom demonstrates how to milk a cow and how milk goes from the farm to the consumer.
This is an innovative program that brings the dairy experience directly to children. It includes math, science, health, and agriculture, all presented in an outdoor classroom.
