Helping Principal Ragland

Principal Ragland needed to put the new conference room chairs together. All the chairs arrived in flat-packed boxes. It seemed like a daunting task, with dozens of pieces scattered around the room, but Principal Ragland had an idea to turn this challenge into an opportunity for the students.

Mr. Ragland gathered a few students to assist in the assembly process. A mix of curiosity and excitement began as the students were eager to help.

The students began sorting the parts and tools needed for each chair, organizing them into neat piles. Principal Ragalnd emphasized the importance of working together and communicating clearly to avoid mistakes. Working side by side, the students shared tips and tricks, offering help and encouragement to one another.

"I didn't think I could build a chair, but now I know how to use an electric screwdriver!" said one excited fifth grader, beaming with pride after completing her chair.

As the chairs began to take shape, the students realized this was more than just an opportunity to build furniture. They were learning important lessons in patience, persistence, and attention to detail. They also learned the value of teamwork and cooperation, as everyone had a role to play in ensuring the chairs were correctly assembled.

Principal Ragland summed it up best when he said, "Today was a reminder that every one of us, no matter how young or old, has something important to contribute.
