Tomorrow, Thursday, December 5th, is the Winter Carnival from 5:30-7. There will be a silent auction and a carnival dinner. Look on Facebook at Garfield STEAM Academy's page for more information. Hope to see everyone there.

, The Winter Carnival will be Thursday, Dec. 5th from 5:30-7. We will have a Carnival Meal available for purchase the night of the Carnival - Hot Dog, Chips & Drink - $3.50 each or a Family Meal Deal - 4 people for $10. We will also have a Silent Auction on the night of the Carnival. The Holiday Store will open on Monday, December 2nd. Students will be able to shop on the following days -
Monday, December 2nd - Kindergarten
Tuesday, December 3rd - First
Wednesday, December 4th - Second
Thursday, December 5th - Third
Friday, December 6th - Fourth and Fifth

Today, Friday, November 22nd, is an early release day. Students get out at 2 p.m. Also, parents, just a reminder: we will be out of school the week of November 25th through Friday, November 29th, for Thanksgiving Break.

BancFirst recently surprised students at Garfield with a generous donation. Garfield received $1,000 to support the fifth-grade camp.

Reminder - We regret to inform you that we will be unable to serve lunch for the families of students on Thanksgiving or Christmas this year. This is due to a turkey production issue with our supplier. While there will be enough food for the students, there will not be enough to serve the families.
