On February 20, leaders from Charles Page High School participated in Public School Advocacy Day at the State Capitol in Oklahoma City. Hosted by Oklahoma Parent Legislative Action Committee (OKPLAC), this event highlighted schools from across the state with innovative programs and opportunities for career pathways. CPHS was invited to showcase their unique pathways to success, including the Individual Career Academic Plan (ICAP), We Always Return with Purpose (WARP), and more.
Thank you to the legislators, parents, and educators who attended, as well as Sand Springs Board of Education President Rusty Gunn for showing support for our team. And thank you to OKPLAC for inviting us to spotlight our programs and advocate for public schools!
