If your student lives in the district but has not attended Sand Springs Public Schools (ex. Incoming pre-K students, kindergarteners who did not attend our Early Childhood Education Center, etc.), start the enrollment process below. Students enrolling in pre-K must be 4 on or before September 1, 2025.

Each student is unique, which means the documents required for enrollment may vary. Below are documents that are commonly needed for enrollment.

• Proof of current residence (gas bill, electric bill, or lease agreement)

• Immunization records OR a completed and signed exemption form - Learn More

• Birth Certificate - If you don't have a copy, request a new copy from the State of Oklahoma here.

• Parent's/Guardian's photo ID

• Transcripts and records from previous schools (if applicable)

• Any court documents regarding custody (if applicable)

Please Note: If all required paperwork is not provided either digitally or physically, the enrollment process may be delayed.

In order to enroll online, we recommend using a desktop, laptop, or tablet. Using a mobile phone may cause errors in the enrollment process.

Online enrollment applications that remain incomplete for 30 days will be deleted. Any students/families affected by this will have to restart the enrollment process.
